Fishtank implemented a customized A.I. relevancy engine, powered by Coveo. The relevancy engine populates relevant and personalized content on the website depending on the user's location, behaviour and campaigns.
Fishtank built Enbridge’s website using a dynamic grid framework and rich visual tiles to populate their landing pages, homepages and calls to action with dynamic, relevant content. The tiles use the visitor’s context to serve the most relevant pages and compelling calls to action that are most likely to convert.
Fishtank developed a new interactive map that uses geo-targeting to highlight content relevant to the user's location. The map shows Enbridge’s infrastructure, projects, community investments and stories across pipelines, fractionations, service territories, terminals, processing plants, storage, rails, wild and solar assets, power transmissions and more.
Enbridge’s blog features community focused stories displayed in visually engaging tiles, which play an important role in connecting Enbridge with the community and increasing Enbridge’s approachability. Fishtank made these stories even more engaging by powering their display using A.I. technology that serves visitors relevant content. We also implemented the ability to toggle between local and global stories, and search and filter by topics.
Fishtank turned Enbridge's FAQ page into an auto-suggestion page based on the user’s previous activity. We implemented powerful filters and visual facets that empower users to find the information they want quickly and easily. The FAQ results can also be pulled onto any search results page if the search query or the user's previous activity is relevant.
To improve the amount of hops that users take on the site, Fishtank implemented visual, relevant, full functionality search results. The results display useful content directly as the result, rather than only linking out to a landing page. All search results can also be filtered by location proximity.
Fishtank implemented Coveo’s machine learning and A.I. capabilities on Enbridge’s 404 page, so users can be served relevant content even when a page doesn't exist. Coveo analyzes the URL and the user’s past behaviour to predict what content the user is likely searching for and interested in, and gives them intelligent recommendations. While traditional 404 pages have a high bounce rate, Enbridge’s leads to a longer time on site, and a reduced bounce rate.
