Sitecore has revealed their plans to launch a new SaaS offering at the Sitecore Symposium 2019, in Orlando Florida this week.

As the first digital experience vendor to launch a SaaS offering, Sitecore plans to change the way companies build digital experiences with the new offering. Set to include the simplicity of a modern, elegant interface, the platform will remaining agile and flexible enough to allow partners and customers to create and differentiate experiences using the platform.
The Sitecore SaaS offering, set to launch in the summer of 2020, will feature built in AI as a service, which will allow users to predict behaviour, act on data and serve up the right content to their customers in real time, automatically. Complete integration with Sitecore Content Hub 3.3 will consolidate digital asset management, content marketing and resource management into one SaaS offering. Automated upgrades ensure that users will always have the most current version of the platform, as well as giving them accelerated time-to-market and reduced costs to deploy websites.
Although the platform will support limited use cases initially, Mark Frost, Sitecore Chief Executive Officer has promised that the product will evolve over time, with continual investments to make advances in automating content services and personalization.
