Milliman has a lot of websites, with a lot of different content, for a lot of different audiences. To help Milliman’s website visitors find the right content quickly, Fishtank implemented Coveo's A.I. powered relevance search engine across Milliman’s websites to serve visitors relevant results.

A Unified Search Experience

To give users access to search a wide repository of content no matter which site they’re on, Fishtank indexed content across all of Milliman’s websites and other relevant platforms to unify the search experience and improve the user experience.

Predictive Search

We set Milliman’s search engine up to predict what content users are searching for and offer predictive results. This makes it even faster for visitors to find the right content they're after, funnels them faster to a conversion, and ensures they have a great user experience.

Smart 404 Page

To keep visitors engaged and on the site longer, Fishtank implemented Coveo’s machine learning capabilities on Milliman’s 404 page. When visitors enter a URL that doesn’t exist, the 404 page displays ‘similar results to your search’, serving visitors with content that they might be interested in or trying to find. This reduces Milliman’s bounce rate, increases their conversions and keeps their visitors more engaged.

Content Labelling & Filtering

Search results are labelled accurately by their content type so visitors can see what type of content each result is before clicking on it, and content is able to be filtered by relevance or date.
