From Ektron To Sitecore

With their website previously hosted on Ektron, Milliman needed a new CMS that better supports their content management process, large number of websites, and allows them to use the latest digital marketing features. Sitecore was chosen and Fishtank migrated Milliman from Ektron to Sitecore 9.02 with a new website.

Global, Multi-Tenancy Language Websites

Since Milliman is a global company, they need a global web presence that caters to their target audiences in their respective languages. Fishtank developed Milliman’s Sitecore instance with strong multi-tenancy to support global and regional websites in multiple languages and facilitate worldwide content authoring needs. We also developed and authored over 50 websites in more than 10 languages for Milliman.

Enhanced User Experience & Navigation

Milliman has a lot of different services and products that previously weren’t organized and structured in a user friendly way. To increase conversions and optimize the user experience on Milliman’s websites, Fishtank redesigned and redeveloped Milliman’s information architecture and user experience to better display their solutions, technologies, featured products and insights for each of their offering categories.

Dynamics 365 Integration

To give Milliman a 360 degree view of their prospects, leads and clients, Fishtank integrated Sitecore with Milliman’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 instance. When forms on their websites are submitted the details are sent to Dynamics, where leads are created for their team to follow up on.
