When Fishtank started working with BVC, they were in the midst of a Sharepoint to Sitecore migration that was trending in the wrong direction. Fishtank recovered the project and steered it on the road to success, completing the migration project on schedule, taking the website from a static, aging and disparate web platform, to a modern, and unified higher education web experience.
Custom Shopping Cart Development
Fishtank developed a custom shopping cart for online course registration that allows students to choose their course, add it to a cart and checkout. This solution has led to a better user experience and higher conversion rate, since students can check a course out without having to submit a lengthy form first or contact the college.
A.I. Powered Search Solution
Since BVC’s websites have a lot of different types of content for a lot of different audiences, Fishtank implemented Coveo for Sitecore to serve visitors relevant content. The A.I. powered search solution unifies content from multiple sources, including programs and courses, and serves visitors with the content they’re most likely to be interested in. The A.I. powered search solution results in a better user experience and a higher enrolment rate.
