ASC transformed their outdated and hard-to-navigate site to a more modern, yet still professional mobile-friendly website. The new site has a better CX and improved branding, which makes it easy for visitors to navigate, locate, and access regulatory documents.
A.I. & Machine Learning Search Engine
The ASC website provides a large amount of up-to-date information about Alberta’s securities rules and orders. To help visitors locate the documentation they're after, Coveo was implemented. Coveo is an A.I.-driven search solution that indexes content across the ASC's multiple websites, serving visitors relevant content in record time.
A Complaints Form To Protect Investors
To help protect investors from fraud, a complaints form and process was developed, so visitors can easily and securely file a complaint about a securities law breach.
